The R100 benchtop router can be used to singulate round or rectangular tab routed panels. A built in dust extraction plenum provides for a clean milling process.

The N100 is an economical way to singulate straight tab routed panels. Cutting blades are available in sizes. (.062", .083", and .125" Thick.

Singulate Metal Cor PCBs

Singulate up to 10 V-Scored panels in one pass with the K5000 multple blade depanelizer, This machine is available in several variations for high volume production of LED panels or other V-Scored PCBs

The K2020 is a double blade pair circular blade depanelizer with 2.5" dia blades , designed to singulate metal Cor PCB panels in a two step process.

The blade cartridge can be changed out to set up for a new panel variation or for quick change to a new blade set to continue producion

Standard Depanelizers for V-Scored Panels

Singulating V-Scored PCBs with the K4000 motorized or the K3000 manually operated depanelizer is a safe way to process a variety of V-Scored panels. The operator places the score-line of the PCB onto the linear blade and brings the circular blade across the panel for clean separation of the boards.
