K Series Depanelizers for V Scored PCBs
The most effective way to singulate Pre-Scored boards is with circular blade depanelizers. FKN Systek provides a variety of machines for depaneling PCBs.
PCB Score-line specifications.
To singulate pre-scored boards with circular blade depanelizers it is recomended that the score-line angle be greater than 30 degrees and the remainder thickness of the score-line be between .012 " and .027". Singulating one score-line at a time is relatively forgiving. However, when designing panels for multiple blade score-lines, it is better to have a larger score angle of 45 degrees.

The K5000 Multiple Blade Depanelizer will singulate up to 10 panels 11.3" wide.
This system provides a rugged ,simple to operate solution for depaneling up to 10 PCB strips in one pass. Operator selects process speed and places panels onto the input conveyor. Processing speed will keep up with any reflow line output.
