The K2010 with XY table is designed to speed up the singulation process for small panels wihich may be difficult to handle.
The operator places the panel on the board nest of the xy table and the index positioning
situates the score line for alignement to the input blade guards. This system guarantees the correct alignment of the score line to the cutting blades.

The K1010 uses the 2.4" dia circular blades for an economical solution to separating standard FR4 - Scored panels in low to medium volume production.
The operator slides the score line into the input blade guards and brings the panel past the circular blades for quick and clean board separation.

The k2020 is a double blade pair circular blade depanelizer with 2.5" dia blades , designed to singulate metal Cor PCB panels in a two step process.
The first set of blades reduces the material in the score line to foil thickness and the second set of blades makes the final cut by shearing the remaining foil , to finish separating the panels.
