The F9001 quick adjust PCB Rack has been developed to provide a reasonably priced easy to adjust pcb carrier as an alternative to existing high priced products.The width of the rack can be quickly adjusted for different PCB sizes by unlocking the stop latches on the top panel, pushing the side plate to the correct position and resetting the position holders. A unique chain and sprocket mechanism assures that the sides of the panel will be held parallel during adjustment. Adjusting the rack for a new PCB size takes less than 20 seconds.These Stackable PCB Transport and Storage Racks are made of conductive material for safe and convenient handling of Printed Circuit Cards during assembly. The Racks will hold up to 50 PCBs from 2" to 9.8" (5 to 25 cm) wide. Made of conductive plastic they are temperature rated to 176^O F with a surface resistance <10 ⁶ .

The basic unit for these PCB racks holds 32 boards up to 6.7" (170mm) long. Modules can be assembled side by side to hold longer Printed Circuit Cards. Standard extrusions allow card width of 0 to 10.25". For wider cards, extrusions can be cut to custom length. A pop in molding strip for the back of the side plate can be used as PCB stop. Card guides are tapered at the front end for easy PCB insertion. Runner spacing is .39" (10mm) with a depth of 0.079" (2mm).Capacity: 30 PCBs 6.7" (170mm) long.

Double Faceplug Stackable PCB Transport Racks for up to 50 Printed Circuit Cards of up to 12.9" (330 mm) are made of antistatic material.
