The K4000 is a motorized linear blade depanelizer. Both large and small PCB's can be separated in              an economically and commercially viable manner by Linear Blade PCB Depanelizers. The                                         PCB is laid onto the linear blade with the edge of the blade located into                                            the scored groove in the PCB. Stepping on the foot switch will cause                                             the blade to automatically travel  across the PCB for separation into                                                     individual units. The scored  grooves can be interrupted by any                                                           number of cutouts.

 The tooling bar shown at left can be mounted onto the support table to help align longer panels, or panels with a thin scoreline where the holding position may be hard to locate.

The K3000 can be set to shear cut Copper or Aluminum metallized scored PCBs

K3000 Manual Linear Blade Depanelizer   18" or 24" Version
The K3000 is available in a standard 18" linear blade and a long 24" linear blade version. The PCB to be singulated is placed with the scoreline on the linear blade and the circular blade is pulled across the scored PCB to singulate the panels. Blade guards on either side assure operator safety. Adjustable front and back support table can be set for operator convenience and tilted to allow cut PCB panels to slide onto a conveyor or into a storage container.

K7000         Thin Linear Blade Depanelizer for Close Component Spacing  - 12" Blade

The K7000 is a manual circular on linear blade depanelizer intended to singulate PCB panels with very tight components spacing. Both upper and lower blades have a cutting edge only .030" thick. Scoreline of PCB to be singulated is placed on linear blade and operator pulls circular blade carriage across the scoreline. Adjustable front and back tables for work holding.
